London West End (UK) office space in development and refurbishment from 2027 to 2027

As of December 2023, there was a total of approximately 11 million square feet of office space in London West End's development pipeline between 2024 and 2027. Approximately 6.7 million square feet were new developments, while 4.7 million square feet were refurbishment projects.
