Verification Dataset of "From Spacecraft Ranging to Massive DNA Data Storage: Composite Ranging Codes as Indices and Error Correction References"

This is a verification dataset for the manuscript "From spacecraft ranging to massive DNA storage: Composite ranging codes enable accompanying indexing and progressive recovery". This dataset consists of three categories of data: the original files, the designed DNA sequences, and the sequencing data generated under different synthesis/sequencing conditions. It can be used to verify our main results: (i) error-free data recovery from low sequencing coverage across variant error rates using progressive error correction; (ii) simultaneous read-by-read decoding and nanopore sequencing; (iii) assembly-free recovery of large DNA fragments; and (iv) data retrieval from degraded DNA pools.
