We report the application of chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIPseq) and ATAC for high-throughput profiling of histone modifications in Huh 7 cells. Overall design: ChIP-seq were performed with antibodies against acetylated H3K27 (H3K27ac), H3K4me1, and H3K4me3 and evaluated the open chromatin regions by assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing (ATAC-seq) to detect the genome-wide maps of chromatin state in HCC cells.
