The number of service requests received by the City of Kingston, by category/ service type, in 2019. This dataset includes requests received from members of the public as well as internal requests for IS&T support. This does not include all Municipal departments, organizations, and boards but the list will grow over time.NOTE: Service categories marked as "Reception" refer to calls received in Customer Service at 613-546-0000 and transferred to other departments or extensions.
