Anonymized dataset for the study “Effects of early rehabilitation with a physiatrist and a registered therapist operating acute rehabilitation (PROr) in the ICU: A prospective observational study”

This dataset includes anonymized clinical data from 69 mechanically ventilated patients treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) who participated in the Physiatrist and Registered Therapist Operating Acute Rehabilitation (PROr) program.The data contain patient characteristics, severity scores (APACHE II, SOFA, RASS), functional measures (FIM, BI), Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores assessed before and during mobilization, and outcomes including the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay.The dataset supports the analyses reported in the manuscript submitted to PLOS ONE, “Effects of early rehabilitation with a physiatrist and a registered therapist operating acute rehabilitation (PROr) in the ICU: A prospective observational study.”All personal identifiers have been removed.
