A WTCCC2 project genome-wide association study for psychosis endophenotype (PE) in 5831 individuals from UK, Germany, Holland, Spain and Australia, genotyped on the Affymetrix 6.0 array. Information about the family structure of the samples can be found in the .info file which accompanies the data.
