Satisfaction of residential consumers with postal services in the UK 2020-2021

In a survey conducted in 2021, roughly 50 percent of residential consumers stated that they were fairly satisfied with postal services in the UK. The same survey revealed that very few people were very dissatisfied from the service quality of postal organizations.
