Survey of perspectives surrounding publicly available flood risk mapping in Bridgewater and Liverpool, Nova Scotia

These data were collected in winter 2021 through an online survey hosted on Opinio software. The survey was designed to understand the perspectives of publicly available flood risk mapping for residents of the towns of Bridgewater and Liverpool, in the South Shore region of Nova Scotia. Recruitment was via Canada Post admail and a response rate of 2.2% (n=277). Participants were rewarded with the option to enter to win one of ten Tim Hortons gift cards. Permission to make data public was a condition of participation, and all 'free text' questions have been removed to avoid the possibility of identification. More details can be found in: Howard, S.
