Kinematic data set generated by Vicon Plug-In Gait Model for the upper body. Subjects use a body-powered bypass prosthesis to complete the tBBT and JHFT after five training sessions (S1) and after ten training sessions (S2).
H_# indicates subject. Within Angles or Moments cells, entries are ordered by task and trial (1=tBBT stand trial 1, 2=tBBT stand trial 2, 3=JHFT 1 trial 1, 5=JHFT 2 trial 1, 15=JHFT 7 trial 1, 17=tBBT sit trial 1). Within task and trial cells are labeled by the joint. Within a joint cells are ordered in rows by segment of the task (tasks feature repetitive motions that are isolated as segments) and in columns by raw data, segmented data, and segmented and interpolated data. Data within these cells contain the kinematic data (X,Y,Z). See Vicon documentation for Plug-In Gait Model
