Multiplex Immunofluorescence Whole-Slide Imaging of Porcine Kidney Xenografts in Nonhuman Primates (HTG-B and HTG-D)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) whole-slide imaging data from porcine kidney xenografts transplanted into nonhuman primates (NHPs), generated as part of the study “Multiple human transgenes prolong survival of triple-carbohydrate knockout porcine kidney xenografts in nonhuman primates.” The dataset enables spatially resolved characterization of immune infiltration, endothelial phenotype, and tissue remodeling, with a focus on comparing two donor genetic backgrounds: HTG-B and HTG-D. A total of six OME-TIFF images are provided, each representing a full kidney biopsy section acquired using the RareCyte Orion platform. The HTG-B group includes XT418 (day 100 post-transplant), XT280 (day 166), and XT417A (day 90, necropsy), while the HTG-D group includes XT344 (day 167), XT328 (day 193), and XT375 (day 156). These samples correspond to late post-transplant time points and capture established graft injury and remodeling states. Images are provided as whole-slide OME-TIFF files at a spatial resolution of 0.65 µm/pixel. The data consist of spectrally unmixed multiplex fluorescence images suitable for downstream quantitative and spatial analysis. The multiplex panel includes markers for immune, endothelial, and structural characterization, enabling identification of major cell populations and tissue compartments. The panel includes DNA, autofluorescence (AF), CD45, Ki67, CD3e, podocin, CD20, CD163, CD8a, CD56, NKG2A, PD1, CD4, FOXP3, CD68, β-catenin, CD11b, HLA-DR, CD16, CD31, collagen III (Col III), and SMA. These markers support detailed analysis of leukocyte composition, activation states, endothelial features, and tissue architecture across glomerular, tubular, vascular, and interstitial regions.
