Cabernet Sauvignon throughout ripening. Although the scope of the study was to explore the relationship between berry developmental stages and the composition of grapes, berry-to-berry variation at all developmental stages was found showing that each berry is ultimately following a singular ripening programme. Therefore, we considered it appropriate to provide data for each individual berry using interactive plots to support the data summary plots presented in the manuscript. The plotly package in R was used to produce interactive plots.
