基于睡眠传感器采集得到的用户睡眠数据,并在此基础上计算得到一些用户指标,将多个指标进行分析与信息融合,最终得到用于评价用户当晚睡眠的异常等级。1)用户可根据该值,对自身健康情况有初步了解。2)用户可根据近期趋势,及时发现健康隐患,并及时治疗。3)用户可根据该值不同的情况,自主制定相应健康调整计划。分析一整晚的睡眠传感器数据,可获得用户的睡眠时长、心率变异性指标SDNN、心率变异性指标RMSSD、夜间离床时长,各指标数值记录对应的字段内。睡眠异常等级默认为0,范围为0-4,表示为各睡眠指标的异常情况,如果睡眠时长小于240分钟,异常等级加1;如果心率变异性指标SDNN小于80或大于200,那么异常等级再累加1;如果心率变异性指标RMSSD小于10或大于40, 那么异常等级再累加1;如果夜间离床时长大于120,那么异常等级再累加1;最终获得累加获得的异常等级数值,作为用户当晚的睡眠异常等级。

This dataset is developed from user sleep data collected via sleep sensors. A set of user metrics are computed from the raw sensor data, followed by analysis and information fusion of these metrics to derive the sleep anomaly level for evaluating the user's overnight sleep quality. 1. Users can gain a preliminary insight into their own health status based on this anomaly level value; 2. Users can timely identify potential health risks and seek prompt medical intervention by monitoring the recent trends of the anomaly level; 3. Users can independently formulate personalized health adjustment plans based on different anomaly level outcomes. By processing the overnight sleep sensor data, the following metrics can be extracted: sleep duration, heart rate variability (HRV) indicators SDNN and RMSSD, and nighttime duration out of bed. The values of each of these metrics are stored in their corresponding dedicated fields. The default value of the sleep anomaly level is 0, with a valid range of 0 to 4, which reflects the degree of abnormality of each sleep indicator. The cumulative calculation rules are as follows: - Add 1 to the anomaly level if the sleep duration is less than 240 minutes; - Add an additional 1 point if the HRV indicator SDNN is less than 80 or greater than 200; - Add an additional 1 point if the HRV indicator RMSSD is less than 10 or greater than 40; - Add an additional 1 point if the nighttime duration out of bed exceeds 120 minutes; The final accumulated value is taken as the user's overnight sleep anomaly level.
