Immune response of patients during pregnancy

Immunological changes play a physiological role in pregnancy, however they may also have consequences for vaccine response and immunotherapy, which ultimately could impact maternal and fetal survival in the event of transmission of infectious diseases and/or bioterrorism.<br/><br/>The purpose of this study is to characterize the changes in human immune response that occurs during pregnancy and lactation.
