资源简介:
This Zip file contains 23 scripts to the run the twin analyses. We strongly suggest that interested persons create a new .dat file based on the Primary data set. We supplied our premade .dat file for the twin analyses to make it easier for others to replicate our work. But in order to play with different configurations it is advised to create a new stacked data file for your own purposes. Twin analyses can be as much art as science, and what you put in is what you get out. How one creates a factor score, sum scores, drops items, listwise versus casewise deletion, the choice of stats package, method, starting values, dropping parameters, adding constraints, and so forth, and thousands of other decisions that are analyst specific may change the results. The scripts short names in the Zip file are mostly intuitive but please open each script to find the full description on the first line (see “! SCRIPT NAME”) – the name will correspond to the traits analyzed for Table 4 and S10. The data to use with these scripts is DF6.TwinJun27.dat. To run the scripts, simply change the name of the dat file by removing the “DF6.Twin” from the file name so the file name is Jun27.dat or Change each script to call DF6.Twin. Jun27.dat- buyers choice here. As stated above we used the more lengthy label since we have many data sets. The varnames are listed in the file DD3.Data.Dictionary.Twin.Analyses.
