A CSV file describing the metadata from the Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding library obtained with the Meta16S primer pair to identify true samples, positive (fish and amphibian mock community) and negative controls (including field, extraction and PCR blanks). The data contained in the file was managed with R package <i>phyloseq</i> and formatted for ecological analyses using additional R packages (e.g. <i>vegan</i>). <br><br>
