Overexpression of genes is a quite common event during cancer progression and is a one of ther reason for anti cancer drug resistance. Here we are going to use activation CRISPR SAM library in order to overexpress whole genome, 1 gene per cell. Like this we will generate a population of cells with 1 amplified gene per cell. The treatment with different anti-cancer drugs will kill the majrity of cells, and only thouse that have drug resistnt overexpression will survive.
