Ground 1:1 million

The bedrock map is a two-dimensional model of the bedrock's upper surface and provides an overview of the main features of Sweden's bedrock. The map shows the distribution of different bedrock units and large deformation zones (crack zones, faults and plastic shear zones). The bedrock units may consist of one or more rocks and the first mentioned are generally the most common. Some important devices that are too narrow to appear as surfaces are represented by lines. The age of each bedrock unit is reported, as well as the larger litothectonic unit (e.g. an older mountain range) to which it belongs. In a separate layer, only the propagation of the larger lithotectic units is shown, and in another layer these are divided into lithotectic subunits. The purpose of the bedrock map is to provide a basis for very comprehensive planning and analysis, research and education. The map image is adapted for presentation at a scale of 1:1 million, which means that the information is generalized and not intended for more detailed use.基岩图（bedrock map）是基岩上表面的二维模型，可全面展现瑞典基岩的主要特征。该图展示了不同基岩单元与大型变形带（裂缝带、断层及塑性剪切带）的空间分布。单个基岩单元可由一种或多种岩石组成，列表中优先提及的岩石通常为该单元内最为常见的岩石类型。部分因幅宽过窄无法以面状要素呈现的重要构造，将以线状符号进行表达。各基岩单元的形成年代，以及其所属的大型岩石构造单元（如古老造山带）均会在图中予以标注。在单独的图层中，仅展示大型岩石构造单元的分布范围；另有图层将这些大型单元进一步划分为岩石构造亚单元。本基岩图的编制目的是为大范围综合规划与分析、科研及教学工作提供基础支撑。该图件适配1:100万比例尺的出版展示，这意味着图面信息经过概化处理，仅适用于宏观层面应用，不可用于精细化场景。
