This dataset corresponds to a study investigating how the biodiversity-stability relationship responds to current trophic downgrading and climate change scenarios, using tank-bromeliad ecosystems as model system.<br>The dataset in .txt format contains data of experimental treatments; composition of bromeliad microbial community; classification of the trophic functional groups; and metrics used to evaluate density, diversity, temporal stability (at population and community levels) and species asynchrony.<br>The "Metadata" contains a description of all the variables and units used in the article.<br>Methodological details can be found in the article.<br>
