Example datasets for DeAbe and multi-step models: 1. Data were from C elegans embryos expressing membrane marker (strain od58). 2. Images were acquired with dual-view light sheet microscope (diSPIM) with 0.8NA + 0.8NA objectives. 3. Raw image voxel size: 0.1625um x 0.1625um x 1.0um. 4. In the raw image of SPIMA, the first slice of the image stack corresponds to the physically deepest side of the embryo, and the last slice coresponds to the most shallow side of the embryos. In contrast, in the raw image of SPIMB, the last slice of the image stack corresponds to the physically deepest side of the embryo, and the first slice coresponds to the most shallow side of the embryos. 5. The multi-step processing pipeline for this data includes: 1) Step1 DL DeAbe: DL based de-aberration, with 3D-RCAN network. 2) Step2 DL Decon: DL based deconvoltuion to recover image quality of dual-view joint deconvolution, with 3D-RCAN network. 3) Step3 DL Iso: DL based axial resolution enhancement to achieve isotropic resolution, with CARE network. 6. Files and Folders: Zipped files "Step1_DL_DeAbe.rar", "Step2_DL_Decon.rar", and "Step3_DL_Iso.rar" contain training datasets for each step. Zipped file "Test_Data.rar" contain test examples and scripts.
