The Omnibus survey is cross sectional household based survey carried out by IPSOS quarterly basis. In the second quarter of 2013 (June-July), TSMP (PSI and TMARC) loaded questions in the survey on reach and recall of DUME condom mass media messages. Target audience and sample size The study was conducted among 440 men aged 20-35 years in urban and rural areas most of them completed Primary school. Results The 12-month reach of DUME mass media was 80.7%. Among study respondents 42.7% of them recalled correctly the DUME message as they could complete the slogan Mwanaume wa Ukweli, Hutumia dume.
