Ukrainian Amber Extraction Permits, 2018–2025

The coded database of Prozorro.Sale amber extraction permit auctions contains structured data on public electronic auctions for amber-related subsoil use permits in Ukraine for 2019–2025. The unit of analysis is an individual auction lot/case. The database includes key price-related and procedural variables, including starting price, security deposit, final awarded price, highest bid, auction outcome, bidder participation, and post-auction disqualification where applicable. The dataset was compiled from publicly available auction cards and protocols on the Prozorro.Sale platform and is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the empirical analysis.
