Transcriptomic analysis reveals the cell membrane defense regulated by LiaX-FRS system in Lacticaseibacillus paracasei L9 under bile salt stress

By comparing the transcriptome results of the control strain and the mutant strain under bile salt stress, the genes with large differential expression changes were analyzed in depth and combined with experiments to explore how the mutant genes were regulated by stress to cope with bile salt stress Overall design: The mutants were cultured with MRS Broth (HuanKai Microbial, Guangdong, China) at 37oC with the addition of 10 µg/mL erythromycin (EM). 0.05% glycine deoxycholate (GDCA, Sigma-Aldrich, Germany )was added in the medium to perform bile salt stress when needed.
