Spatiotemporal Assessment of Evapotranspiration of Crop-Water-Stress in the River Volta Basin Using MODIS Data

This dataset supports the study on the spatiotemporal impacts of climate change on evapotranspiration and crop water stress in rice and maize production across the Volta Basin. It includes climate, remote sensing, and crop coefficient data from 2000–2024 and future climate projections for 2050 under RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5. The data enable GIS-based modeling of evapotranspiration, crop stress levels, and agro-ecological zone vulnerability.
