3 normal (HIV- and Hepatitis C-negative) human donors were sampled using both 5' RACE PCR and multiplexed PCR with 5' primers targeting leader peptide sequences of all VH (or VK or VL) families. IgM, IgG, IgK, and IgL were each targeted in separate reactions and all libraries were sequences using 454.
