Transcriptome sequencing data of gene deletion strain of guinea Aeromonas AC-CY in 2024.1

This project aims to sequence and assemble transcriptome information of motx and fur gene deficient strains of Aeromonas aeruginosa in guinea pigs. Construct a prokaryotic non chain specific transcriptome library using the Illumina platform. Purpose: To provide data basis for subsequent research on the functional effects of gene deletion.
