Concentrated solar power capacity in the EU 2023, by country

Spain has by far the largest concentrated solar power capacity across the European Union. As of 2023, the capacity of concentrated solar power in the Mediterranean country stood at over 2,300 megawatts electric. This was followed by Italy, with only 12.41 megawatts electric worth of concentrated solar power. Meanwhile, the European Union - as a whole - has a concentrated solar power capacity of some 2,330 megawatts electric.
