资源简介:
This dataset contains R scripts, supporting data files, and analytical outputs developed for the MSc thesis, “Intrinsic and Extrinsic Drivers of Columbian Black-tailed Deer Population Dynamics.” The archived project supports Data Chapter 2, “Influence of Landscape Permeability on the Effectiveness of Localized Population Control,” and Data Chapter 3, “Influence of Reproductive Status on Habitat Selection in Urban Black-tailed Deer.” Analyses draw on and extend data generated through a broader collaborative urban deer research program, including camera-trap data collected in municipalities where immunocontraception has been implemented as a management strategy (Oak Bay and Esquimalt, British Columbia). This dataset represents the analytical workflows and derived products associated with these thesis chapters, with detailed documentation provided in chapter-specific README files included within the archive.

Please view in "tree view" option which can be found just above the file list. Folder structure must be maintained to execute analysis
