资源简介:
Central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSI) are a significant component of healthcare-associated infections. Neonates are particularly at higher risk for CLABSI than children or adults. We characterized the bacterial microbiomes of catheter biofilm, skin swabs and blood collected from neonates with CLABSI and non-CLABSI, using the 16S V4 rRNA gene sequencing.
