JOBS cell type specific eQTL summary statistics

This repository summarizes sc-eQTL results generated using the JOBS framework. We conducted a joint analysis combining bulk whole blood eQTLs from eQTLGen with 14 cell type-specific eQTLs derived from the OneK1K dataset. Each file contains the following information: gene name, Ensembl gene ID, SNP ID (hg38), SNP ID (hg19), reference allele (assessed allele), alternative allele, effect size, standard deviation of the effect size, and p-value.
