HBECs were subjected to normoxia, cabin altitude oxygen levels and hypoxia for 16 hours. Cells were collected and analyzed using ATAC-seq and Affymetrix genechip methods. The analysis was performed to determine open chromatin locations and gene expression changes in response to hypoxia.
