TransMAgent: Dynamizing Transcriptional Regulation Analysis via Multi-omics-Aware AI Agent

This file contains only the data component of the TransMAgent system.It includes curated transcriptional regulation datasets used for model development, testing, and demonstration. The datasets cover multiple omics layers such as epigenomic marks, transcription factor binding profiles, gene expression matrices, and enhancer–gene regulatory links. No executable code, agent logic, or model weights are included in this file.All other modules — including analytical tools, workflow scripts, and large-model integration — can be automatically installed and managed by the TransAgent intelligent agent during runtime. This data module serves as the foundation for reproducibility and further multi-omics regulatory analysis within the TransAgent environment.
