To compare the different metabolites of multidrug-resistant Streptococcus suis and sensitive strains of Streptococcus suis

In this study, we proposed to obtain the differential metabolic pathways before and after the development of macrolide resistance in Streptococcus suis strain ATCC700794 and the macrolide resistant strain obtained by pre-laboratory induction of strain ATCC700794 as the test strains by non-targeted metabolomics techniques.
