This series consists of plans dealing with a subaqueous railway tunnel and the routes of bridges and tunnel schemes suggested by various people. It is understood that these were the plans drawn by Henry Dare, William Hutchinson and possibly others at the request of the Royal Commisison on Communication between Sydney and North Sydney that concluded on 29 May 1909. Only one plan is dated.
