DWSIM Modeling of HEFA Using Conversion and Kinetic Reactor Models
收藏资源简介:
The simulations performed using DWSIM 9.0.5 aimed to evaluate the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) through the HEFA pathway, employing conversion-based and kinetic models. The process encompasses hydrogenation, decarboxylation, hydrodeoxygenation, hydrocracking, and hydroisomerization stages, which are responsible for converting fatty acids into hydrocarbons. The data were organized into five tables, covering feed composition, the reaction network, Arrhenius kinetic parameters, reactor operating conditions, material flows, product yields, and residence times. The analysis enables a comparison of model performance, an evaluation of product distribution, and the identification of parameters influencing the formation of hydrocarbons relevant to SAF production, thereby contributing to a better understanding and assessment of the HEFA production process.
