Television was the leading advertising medium by expenditure in Ukraine, at about 15.6 billion Ukrainian hryvnia in 2021. The internet advertising spending was the second-largest, forecast at over 13.5 billion Ukrainian hryvnia in 2021. Press ads also saw an increase in budgets over the observed period.
