Transcriptome analysis of hematopoietic stem cells treated with transduction enhancers

We systematically tested three GMP-compliant HSPC culture media and eight previously described transduction enhancers (TE) to develop a state-of-the-art clinically applicable protocol. We performed RNA-seq on hematopoietic stem cells treated and non treated with transduction enhancers and found no major differences in the global transcriptional profile.
