For each species, we will extract DNA and generate long read (PacBio), long range (HiC) data. Samples will be sequenced on Illumina platform. We will submit the raw and assembled data to ENA on open release, and release their analysis data through ensembl.org and ENA. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
