The WuhanUIS dataset was independently constructed in this study to support experiments on urban informal settlements (UIS) classification. Specific areas in Wuhan were first identified, and street-level images were collected using the Baidu Map Street View API. For each selected location, four street view images were captured from different angles (0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°). Centered on the geographical coordinates of each street view location, high, medium, and low-resolution remote sensing images (RSI) were obtained from Google Earth. Each image has a size of 256×256 pixels with three color channels. Thus, each data point contains three RSI of different resolutions (each shaped as 3×256×256) and four street view images (SVI) from different perspectives (each shaped as 3×256×256). In total, 3,832 valid instances were collected, including 1,500 UIS samples and 2,332 Others samples.
