Guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) Genome sequencing and assembly.

This project is dedicated to sequence and assemble the genome of a popular cluster bean cultivar with high galactomannan content in the seed endosperm. A high-quality genome assembly for the Guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.) genome has been generated based on the combination of four technologies: Illumina paired-end and mate-pair sequencing, 10X Genomics linked reads, and oxford nanopore sequencing technology (ONT).
