Natura 2000 natural protection areas rastered for PyPSA-Eur

Intermediary files for PyPSA-Eur model. These files were previously included in the PyPSA-Eur databundle . In order to maintain and update them separately, they have been moved to a dedicated record. These are intermediary files, that require significant time to download the historic weather data for and to process them.For this reason these files are provided complementary to the model, but they can also be produced as part of the workflow.
