Empirical data on Polish women's entrepreneurship in Norway.

This dataset contains the results of an empirical mixed methods pilot study on Polish women's entrepreneurship in Norway. The research was conducted in 2025 as a part of the project: ‘The role of labour market policies and human capital in initiating entrepreneurship among highly skilled female migrants. Pilot study among Polish women in Norway’.
The deposited data was obtained from the outputs of CAWI questionnaires and individual in-depth interviews conducted between January and June 2025 with Polish female migrants who run their businesses in Norway.
