Data for Dual control of lysogeny and phage defense by a phosphorylation-based toxin/antitoxin system

The data that support the findings of this study are provided. Bacterial genome sequences of MPAO1 and PAO1 are deposited in NCBI’s GeneBank Database under BioProject PRJNA745538, and the accession numbers are CP079712 and CP085082.They were annotated by combination of the annotation to MPAO1(Genebank accession No. PRJNA438597) and RASTA rapid annotation using subsystem technology (version 2.0). In addition, the draft genome of E. coli 15EC039 has been submitted to the same database under accession number JAMFTL000000000. RNA-seq raw data are deposited in Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject accession number PRJNA835970.The mass spectrometry data of MvaU purified from different hosts, the mass spectrometry phosphoproteomics data with PfkA overproduction in MPAO1 and the mass spectrometry phosphoproteomics data with KK and KKP overproduction in PAO1 have been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE65 partner repository with the dataset identifier PXD035222, PXD035424 and PXD035228 respectively.
