Distribution of the areas of competence of the Departmental Technical Agencies for the management of departmental roads. To carry out these missions, the Department has set up localized services in Dinan, Loudéac, Lannion, Guingamp-Rostrenen and Saint-Brieuc. The aim of these structures is to offer a more efficient local service, thanks to the presence of: • Departmental Technical Agencies (A.T.D.), which represent a department of the Department whose objective is to assist municipalities and E.P.C.I.
