Models and maps from cryoDRGN results of cadherin-catenin-afadin complex bound to F-actin

This dataset contains the inputs and outputs of cryoDRGN variability analysis for F-actin with bound afadin-catenin-cadherin complex. Within cryoDRGN.zip are the maps and models used for bending analysis as well as the input data and trained neural networks to reproduce these results.
