The present utility model relates to a process of producing panel board and a product therefrom that would encourage the transformation of the coconut husks into a useful construction material， such as， a wall， ceiling or door panel. The process of producing panel board comprises the steps of: a. decorticating coconut husks to segregate coconut coirs from coconut peats and neps; b. drying the coconut coirs separately from coconut peats with neps; c. mixing the coconut peats and coconut neps with a binding material; d. blending the mixture with coconut coir in a blending machine; e. molding the blended mixture; and f. compressing the molded mixture to attain maximum strength.
