Digital Archive from a Geophysical Survey at New Barn Farm, Barwell, Leicestershire 2022

This collection comprises a report and geophysics from a geophysical (magnetometer) survey which was undertaken on approximately 3.7 hectares of land at New Barn Farm, Barwell, Leicestershire. This work was undertaken by Archaeological Services WYAS in May 2022. Magnetic disturbance has been recorded along the limits of the survey areas which corresponds to metal fencing associated with horse paddocks. Small service pipes have also been recorded and there is the potential for ridge and furrow cultivation in the east of the Site. Based on the geophysical survey the archaeological potential of the Site is deemed to be low.
