Transcriptome data of whole Aedes aegypti mosquitoes upon long-term exposure to the Csp_P biopesticide

We used RNA-seq to examine the molecular impact of long-term exposure to the Csp_P biopesticide on Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Two different strains of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes (Sing and Pati) was exposed to sublethal doses of the Csp_P biopesticide causing a selection pressure and potentially leading to a change in transcriptome data. Here we compare the exposed (selected) and unexposed (sibling) mosquitoes with the original colony (parental).
