Atherosclerosis is a chronic process that leads to ischemic heart disease, strokes, and peripheral vascular disease. While circRNA are implicated in a variety of diseases, their role in atherosclerosis is not well understood. This study aims to investigate how dysregulated circRNA contribute to atherosclerosis. Overall design: The differentially expressed circRNA between 3 normal arteries and 3 atherosclerotic arteries were examined using Arraystar Human circRNA Array V2system.
