Frozen finite-state baseline of the manuscript "Contestation-Preserving Provisional Execution under Asynchronous Revocation: Authority Boundaries and Finite-State Verification" (Karimov & Alekberli), with the authors' re-execution records. (1) Frozen evidence, byte-identical to the archives identified by SHA-256 in the manuscript: CBT_PAP_Formal_Contract_v0.3_FROZEN.zip (4bd466d3…), CBT_PAP_Stage1_Evidence_v0.1.zip (9a0672cd…), CBT_PAP_Stage2_Evidence_v0.1.zip (80bd09ce…). (2) Stage 3 working copy (CBT_PAP_Stage3_working_copy_received_2026-10-15.zip, d100974c…). No archive hash was recorded for the Stage 3 evidence when the contract was frozen; this working copy therefore cannot be shown to be identical to the frozen Stage 3 evidence and is NOT presented as such. Its hash identifies the material as received on 2026-10-15, not a historical v0.3 hash. (3) Re-execution records by the authors (not a third-party reproduction): Stage 1–2 identity and re-execution (14/14 baseline outcomes reproduced) and Stage 3 working-copy re-execution (14/15 from shipped sources, 1/15 from a reconstructed baseline), with scripts.
