Gut bacterial community of stag beetle

We want to know that (i) is there sex-related difference in the gut bacterial community structure of O. cuvera fallaciosa? and (ii) does the intestinal bacterial community structure exhibit variation among the three male morphs? The intestinal microbial data will help reveal factors that might have influenced the phenotypic evolution of stag beetles.
